CDI’s service team has over 25 years experience in wide format and engineering equipment. With a well maintained parts stock room to back them up we are able eliminate most service issues the same day or next day. After you have placed the service request the service manager will contact you to discuss the issue then he will dispatch a technician.
If you do not have a Service contract with CDI and would like more information, we would be happy to send you a quote on a customized Service Plan that will fit your printing needs. We have an all inclusive service plan that covers service, parts, labor as well as 20# bond paper, toners or inks.
